Screening, not diagnosis
These questionnaires help you notice patterns and put words to your experience. A score can suggest that a fuller assessment is worth considering. It cannot tell you whether you are autistic or have ADHD. Only a qualified professional can do that, by looking at your whole history. Why a score is not a diagnosis.
